I've been a fan for years averaging about once a week, but I've been disappointed lately. Tonight I had the lobster dinner. I told the waiter when I ordered that I had a bad experience a few weeks ago with cold butter. He assured me that would not happen. Alas, butter arrived cold. Waiter was not able to get it hot. I can't understand; at home, 20 seconds in the microwave will heat the butter. Waiter had a bad attitude about it and never bothered to fill our water glasses. Earlier this month I tried the Branzino ... I love Branzino... But this was terrible. I told the manager that I thought it was overcooked......remember I eat there once a week......his response, oh, thanks for letting me know. REALLY! Last week I was at J. Alexander's and ordered a hamburger with no bun. They brought me a bun. I didn't say anything but when the waiter realized his mistake he insisted on comping dessert!!!! What a difference!!! Think I'll be taking my loyalty to J. Alexander's!!!!! BTW... branzino is excellent at Seasons 52!

The service here is great! On a Saturday night the hostess gave me 2 options for a table of 7! And it's not like they aren't busy! The food is great, they take and honor reservations and they go above and beyond! Thank you for remembering what customer service is all about!

We've been to this restaurant a number of times for special occasions. It is out of our budget for more frequent visits. One of the things I really like is being able to pair your fish with the sauce of your choice. You aren't stuck with having to decide between the two. I love the flavors of the Pan-Asian sauce and that's what I usually get. Our other menu favorite (when it's in season) is the strawberry shortcake dessert. That, alone, is worth the trip. The staff has never failed to be friendly and helpful and the bar staff is great. The drinks are interesting and if you slip up on a choice, they will cheerfully replace it with something you like better. I only wish that we could go more often.

I'm not a chain fan. But I really like Bonefish Grill. Keeps me happy every time I go. The decor is upscale w/o being uncomfortable. Come as you are and it's fine. Always a wait, they offer you cocktails as you are waiting on the bench inside or even outside. You can easily $20 before you ever step foot in the place. We ordered the bang bang cheap. About $10....was oh so good. And more than enough shrimp. It was very, very good (i'm sure not good for you though!). The bread that came was delicious, although the pesto was a tad salty..didn't stop us though. I had a Bonefish house salad. Small but good. I ordered the grilled shrimp and scallops with manga salsa and garlic mash potatoes. But really good. Perhaps a dropped over cooked though. My wife had the cobb salad (grilled chicken) and she said she really liked it. Add two martini's and this was about $75. Not too bad.

This is an excellent bonefish location but on our recent visit I was a little disappointed to see that our fav dish the bang bang shrimp has changed. Instead of serving over mixed greens in a small bowl it was served over couple of lettuce pieces and the serving according to the manager was the same but I have been going to bonefish for the last decade and this was furthest from the truth. I guess with a tough economy they might be cutting back but this will cost bonefish a lot of customers. Overall service was very good and food was delicious but I go for the bang bang shrimp and might not be inclined to go as often as we go !!!'

I love this place. Bang bang shrimp, ceviche, and their salmon was amazing. Their creme brulee was excellent. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is thier thai tea. it is way too fragrant for my liking. Stick to the normal beverages.

We love Bonefish Grill! Our favorite food is the Bang Bang Shrimp (which is an appetizer, but we sometimes eat it as a meal with salad). Every entree (Sea Bass, Tilapia, Swordfish) we have enjoyed and it has made me a much bigger fan of seafood. The service is always top notch and we enjoy the wines and mixed drinks as well. An overall exceleent experience each time we have gone to this location.

Now open for lunch! I don't know about you, but I love Bonefish Grill. The atmosphere, the service, and the food are always top-notch. With that said, I got invited to attend the soft opening for Bonefish Grill's new bistro lunch menu and I eagerly said, Hell Yes! I mean c'mon who doesn't love Bang Bang Shrimp. I love it and I was glad to see that the Bistro menu included a Bang Bang Shrimp Po Boy. I was really tempted to order that, but after speaking with Clint, the Culinary Director for Bonefish, he talked me into having the fried chicken sandwich with an Asian slaw + pickles and fries. But first things first, I ordered a Fresh Tomato Bloody Mary served by some of the best Bartenders in South Florida, Tucson, yes that's his name and Lauren. I've known Tucson since his days at Outback and Lauren since her days at Dan's Submarines. The Bloody Mary was different than anything I've had before because of the muddled Roma Tomatoes. They only thing I would change is that it didn't need a straw just a stirrer. The tomato got clogged up in the straw so I just started sipping it. Pure tastiness. Now for the sandwich, Clint said the preparation for the chicken is very labor intensive. The chicken is pounded thin, brined and then placed in a buttermilk batter and deep fried and served on a brioche bun. Now this was a juicy chicken sandwich. Great flavor and the batter was crispy like fried chicken. Does that make sense? It was homemade sunday fried chicken without the bone sandwich, LOL. The Asian slaw just added to the flavor in a unique way. I never had a homemade sunday fried chicken without the bone sandwich with Asian slaw. So many firsts for me at lunch:) the bistro fries were good but I'm not a fan of the thin thin fries. I'm a steak fry guy all the way. Overall, Bonefish and its new Bistro Menu will be a winner for sure and they don't need me to tell everyone, but I will:) Remember to order the, homemade sunday fried chicken without the bone sandwich with Asian Slaw and tell them Dan sent you, Stay Hungry!

I think my expectations were set too high... I had heard a lot of good things prior to going and needless to say, I won't be returning. The bread was ok, my cocktail wasn't worth finishing and the creme brulee tasted like a cheap pudding knock-off. The bang, bang, shrimp tacos were pretty good but the ceviche was disgusting.

Great seafood! This place is jumping and for good reason. The seafood was excellent and the prices quite reasonable. The Shrimp and Crab stuffed tilapia was fantastic, as were the other fish dishes our friends and my wife enjoyed. We went with friends who live in Coral Springs. I was amazed at how wonderfully warm and family like they were treated when we arrived and left. Somehow, even though they were very busy, they made us feel special.

Good food, but the place was way too noisy to be a relaxed dinner. Plus they were out of creme brulee, which I was really looking forward to having. Instead I had the key lime pie which was too sour for me, and I really like sour things. Had the pecan encrusted trout which was very good, and the garlic potatoes were good. The place was packed so it took us almost 3 hours to complete the meal. They did seat us fairly quickly with reservations, just had to wait about 15 minutes.

First time we went there, the mister and I walked out. The hostess gave us a beeper while we waited. A very pleasant waitress asked if we'd like a drink while we wait. We ordered a drink and paid for it. We got buzzed and got a table in the middle of a very crowded area. We saw the waitress who took our drink order and she brought our drinks about 10 minutes later. NO ONE came to see us or check on us while we looked over the menu. The waitress brought us our drinks and still no one came. We got up after finishing our drinks about 20 minutes later and still no one asked us anything. As we walked out, we told the hostess that no one helped us, so we are leaving. She offered to pay half our bill if we stayed but both of us shook our heads. We ended up at Olive Garden down the street where service was better!

WOW so yummy! Salmon salad gets A+. It had fennel, green beans, asparagus, goat cheese. And the grilled salmon was so flavorful. It's one of my favorite dishes. Also tried the special Coconut Curry Shrimp = amazing! I love this restaurant. We have never been disappointed. It also has a great ambiance. Great for dining with that special someone, or with the family. Extra note:The fresh cocktails also great here.

Everything about this place is great. The service is excellent, friendly, prompt and they don't make mistakes on orders. Food is awesome and the beer selection is ok. Perfect spot to go for lunch if you call it in ahead or a nice date.

Finally got to use my gift card for here. The food was exceptional. Especially loved the corn and crab chowder. I could have made a meal, just out of that. The service was great, and they really keep on top of things. Our server was very attentive, and made sure that our water was filled, and that our table was cleaned in a timely matter. My only complaint, was that there were too many tables in the dining room too close together. They really pack them in here, and I felt like I was breathing on the person in the table next to me. When I go again, I'll choose a different time, when it's not so busy. Other than that, they'll get my business again

I eat at BG at least once a month. And personally I love everything about it. It is one of the places that stays consistently good in everything they do from service, to ambiance, to food to cocktails. Unlike many establishments that have been open for years, they have stayed as good as they were opening week. I have never had a bad or even "meh" experience here. Its always a hit. That being said...eat here. It's my favorite for many reasons including the best Ahi Tuna I've had ANYWHERE. And the yummiest creme brulee of all times. I mean it. My mouth is watering. Perfect date night. perfect ladies night. perfect birthday night. perfect perfect perfect. Clearly, I'm a fan.

It's almost embarrassing to write a review of a place that's so mainstream like this is. Really! It's like writing a review of McDonald's, isn't it? But that might not be a bad thing because everyone benefits from a review, no matter the restaurant. We haven't been there for some long I've quit counting because of a variety of ills that always befalls us. But I'm pleased to say that not one of them happened to us on this visit, on all nights that should call for a potential disaster. In fact, this was probably the best visit we've ever had here. Upon deciding to go here because our previous engagement folded on us because most everybody was sick, I hesitated because we've had such sketchy experiences here. I thought about it and called to see how long the wait would be from 5:30 and they told us one hour. Fine. I can live with that, in fact it's almost perfect. So, off we went. I went to get us a glass of wine at the bar while my partner checked us in. When he asked, they told him 45 minutes. Nice, already 15 minutes shaved! We went outside to sit and enjoy the late afternoon and no sooner than we did, our device went off. We figured our entire wait was 15 minutes. Our server, Brian, was very on point and attentive. We'd already looked at the menu online so we had an idea what we wanted. Al ordered the wolf fish special and I had the grouper special. Both were served with spaghetti squash, one of my favorites, and I got french greens beans and Al got au gratin potatoes. We couldn't have been more pleased with our meals. The only drawback I would mention was the calamari we had as an appetizer. The ring sections were cooked satisfactorily but the end/tentacle sections were over fried too hard. The peanut sauce that accompanied it, though, was very delicious. This was by far our best visit here in years, enough to have us go back more often.

Amazing! Our waiter, Jean Paul, made our entire dining experience wonderful. He gave great recommendations and the good was fantastic! We had the lobster roll, bang bang shrimp, calamari, shrimp fettuccine, tilapia, key lime pie. ALL was amazing and we left stuffed! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting quality seafood. My tilapia was cooked perfectly!

Having come here on a friends recommendation I was delighted to see that they had a varied menu. Everything was good from the Ahi Tuna Sashimi to the Sea Bass. The waiter was attentive yet forgetful at times as the restaurant was quite busy. The one bone I have to pick with the BoneFish grill is that the bartender needs to go back to Bartender school. Mai Tai's are one of the easiest drinks to make yet both of them were nothing even close to a mai tai. The second round was closer but lacked the basic ingredients. The waiter was like Oh you wanted a classic Mai Tai. Didn't know they had anything but a Classic Mai Tai. But that's my only complaint really and it's not really anything against Bonefish Grill but at least make a Mai Tai correctly. I'm allergic to Grapefruit Juice which was in our first one and glad I didn't just down a whole glass. Hopefully others will have better luck in the mixed drink department. A 4.4 out of 5

So I've been to a couple of the Bonefish Grills before and the experience is normally the same. 3 stars seem a little "low". I'd really go 3 1/2 if I could. The service is usually really good. The bread and olive oil is GREAT! Many people go on and on about their "bang bang shrimp" and I don't know why... It's got a mediocre taste and it's FULL of mayonnaise! I'm not a fan of my shrimp swimming in a moderately spicy mayo. Just sayin' As for the rest of the food, I've enjoyed a few different fish dishes, Chilean Sea Bass, Dory, and Mahi. All of them pretty decent, but I feel that they're overpriced at $17.00 and up each. The side dishes are all pretty good. They aren't joking when they say "Garlic" mashed potatoes, YUM! The steamed broccoli is also very good. Our server this go around was great and knowledgeable. The wine list is basic, good but also pricey. It seems that they're going for a higher image than what they are. Same company owns various restaurants including Carraba's and I just leave Bonefish Grill always saying, "I should have gone to Carraba's for a little better/more satisfying meal and less money".

This Bonefish Grill location is always excellent. Great service and well-prepared dishes. The only bad thing about it is the long wait if you don't beat the dinner rush, especially on weekends. The current list of specials includes a swordfish steak served with pumpkin ravioli. This was an amazing dish. The swordfish was seasoned perfectly, and the ravioli was moist but not swimming in sauce. I could easily see this dish on the menu year-round with the fish and vegetable filling for the ravioli replaced with seasonal varieties.

The food is good, but a little pricey. The Red Mango Sangria is amazing. Kareli is one of the best servers there. You won't go wrong with the fish and chips. The bread is amazing. The atmosphere is really great. Not rude or a bad atmosphere like the Boynton Beach location.

Been to at least four different Bonefish Grill restaurants. What I like best is the consistently good food at each one. Nice variety on the menu yet the food is not what you would expect from a chain. It's a cut above most of them. I would not hesitate to stop at any Bonefish when traveling. I can always count of a good meal.

They don't take reservation or phone ins ... You're just gonna have to wait 45 minutes for their bang bang shrimp on a Wednesday.

I have been eating at Bonefish Restaurants all over Florida for over 10 years now. Always a good meal and good service. You can't really go wrong if you want some good seafood. Good apps and drinks. Not over priced, but fish isn't cheap.

Thumbs down: The portions are quite small or maybe it's because they use tiny plates for entrees. I kinda like it when my food is presented on a bigger plate so the chef can add some garnish into it. My food look cramped up in that small plate, but it's delicious. I ordered the salmon and my husband ordered the sea bass, which is a tiny portion. Good thing he had some bread, otherwise he would have to order a second meal! Thumbs up: Reasonably priced, we ordered an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 drinks and our bill is only $77, we usually pay about double when we dine out. It is a very convenient location, we can literally walk to here from our apartment, so most likely we would come back for more seafood fix!

I have been coming here off and on for several years. I loved it when it first opened, but agree that it has turned into a family restaurant and senior citizens haven. More importantly, the quality of the food has declined, and now does not stand out. I do love the bar, they make great martini's. Overall service is good, but can be slow on busy nights. The people they have running the front desk have no clue- they get overwhelmed, lose reservations and need some strong manager to make sure it goes more smoothly for the customer. Since this chain is also owned by the Outback, you would think they would have a better system...but then the Outback doesn't take reservations The food used to be awesome- the corn chowder with jumbo lump crabmeat was incredible- the last time I went, the crab was almost non-existant, and it was bland, no kick any more, price the same. I still love their salad with their homemade vinegrette, but agree that everything else is hit or miss. The menu does get boring, and it's not good enough to go often unless the one or 2 dishes you like are what you're in the mood for. They make a great filet mignon ala oscar, with the crab and asparagus being perfect, but the side dishes are ALWAYS subpar and have been since they opened. Now if I go, I get the salad and the bang bang shrimp which has remained excellent, even if they reduced the portion. Bar-great, bang bang shrimp- great. Service- they try hard Food- too many hit's or misses on a constant menu that never changes Ambience-loud, tables crammed together, can hear everyone's conversations, or kid's shrieking- no way romantic Overall- has sunk low on my list of chain restaurants

We are regular patrons of this Bonefish. Our waiter was neither pleasant or competent, but the food runners were both and kept the meal moving. When I had waited 15 minutes for a glass of wine, I requested to speak with the manager. The manager promptly arrived at the table and listened to what had transpired. He was sympathetic, remedied the situation with no embarrassment, and gave us his card in should we ever have the need. The moral of the story is don't let a server ruin your meal. Management knows how how hard it is to attract a customer and how easy it is to lose one.

Every time my brother comes to visit, which is every other month, we head to BG in Coral Springs. It is our safe, reliable dinner place for Very Good Fish. For a chain restaurant, the food is remarkably well prepared, fresh and tasty. The prices are reasonable. The service is fast and friendly. The atmoshphere is pleasant and comfortable. They do 'cook' to order and will happily adjust a dish according to your taste/preference. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here, and I've been there at least 14 times. For a fussy/picky eater, that's pretty remarkable!

Went last night for my birthday with family (4). Bill was $150.00 with a few cocktails, appetizers, and entrees and gratuity. It was my first time there. I wish I would have known sooner how awesome this place is! Before I mention the food, we started in the bar area for drinks and apps. We had the calamari and Bacon wrapped scallops. The scallops were off the chain! incredibly delicious. 4 big ones with honey thick bacon. Yummy! The calamari, which i am a big fan of, to my disappointment, was a very small portion. not enough and no marinara sauce (that my son asked for, they don't have any! they should have it for ppl who don't want the creamy spicy sauce) comes with a spicy sauce which was fine too. but ok. not bad tasting, just small portions. All the adults (3), we had the Chilean Sea Bass entree, and we were told the size was 4-12 ozs. small and large. so we ordered the large, and it was so small! the waiter made a mistake but a waitress came by and said that large is supposed to be 8-9 ozs! For $27 i expected at least 10-12 ozs. Even though it was filling, it was very small portions. we all agreed. My son, 11, had the Bang Bang Tacos. he is a very picky eater, and I was hoping he would like something NOT on the kids menu for a change and was very pleased when he picked this! you get 2 nice big filled tacos with bang bang shrimp and the works in it! He LOVED it! was full after 1 taco, so we took 1 home. I was pleased. the Sea Bass was incredible! I had the Mango sauce on fish, with asparagus and they put chic peas on the plate, which they should eliminate! make a hummus dip instead. it was ugly and horrible. but the asparagus is great and the mango sauce was delish! We all raved over the freshness, moist sea bass. It was the first time i ever had it. Everything was really great.. The service was slow. our waiter was taking our order, and jumping to another table and never completed our order, so we sat there waiting over 10 mins to finish our order, the bar girl came to our table at first to close the tab and when my brother tried to order another drink, she said NO "cant step on the waiters toes"!! he wanted another cocktail! We were not happy! so it took more than 20 mins for him to get another. he had to pay 2 tabs. place was full, noisy, and the area to walk in between tables is very tight. only one person can pass at a time. i just thought they packed too many tables in there. but we did get another waitress who brought us the drinks and waters eventually, none was served. We were way too full for desert, and saw another couple sharing one, so it was a big portion. The drinks are great btw. We had Bacardi Limon & cokes. Not watered down. Awesome! other than that, I am going to go here from now on for my fish dinners, and it is a nice "fusion" cooking style, I like it. Cant beat the place. a bit pricey, but well worth it. not great for a romantic dinner at all, unless you ask for a table far far away from the crowd. I highly recommend this place if you want really good fish dinners. Best place in Springs. why did it take me so long to find this place? Im here since 1998!!!

Have never had a poor meal here. Today the lobster bisque was ,too creamy & salty , the waiter seemed occupied with something not related to his job. The manager seemed authentically simpathetic but offered no solution.

First time at Bonefish. Party of six. Called ahead and made reservations for 8:30 this past Saturday. Half of us were early and the other half got there on time. Not that this mattered much either way, because once we got in to check the reservation we were told it would be another half hour or so and that it was always like that. So my question is what was the point of making the reservation in the first place - why even take them? As it was we had ample time to see people who arrived later than us getting seated earlier. The wait definitely seemed to set the tone for a less-than-stellar experience. However, once seated the service was pretty good and the appetizers came quickly. The quality of the food went a long way towards redemption. I loved the bang bang shrimp and the crabcakes. The soup was - well, let's just say I successfully pawned it off on someone else who enjoyed it a lot more than I did! After that and the bread, we decided to split an entree instead. Even having done so, there was still more than half left that we took home. My advice - unless you're really hungry, stick to a couple appetizers and you'll be more than satisfied. Note: A long time between appetizers and entrees. The dessert menu could have been more extensive. My friends each ordered a Creme Brulee and the consensus was that the texture was like pudding. Cheesecake and/or smaller portion sizes might have been nice. Also, they said the coffee was definitely not good. Atmosphere - too noisy to be romantic as has been covered. Also, it was very dark - anyone who has a harder-than-average time reading menus will find it even more difficult here. The manager did come by at the end of the meal and asked how everything was - although that may have been because it was late and emptying out. I wanted to say something but figured why bother, it's not going to change anything. Not when what they do still has the place regularly crowded. I'm sure I'd go again but at least now I'll be prepared for the long wait ...
My wife and I went here last night for our anniversary. We know how crowded the place gets so I made a reservation for 7:15. We got there around 7 and were told we would be seated closer to our reservation time which was fine as they were very busy. We were finally seated around 7:25 10 minutes past our reservation time which I feel shouldn't of happened but not much can be done about it. The place was clean and the waiter was nice but could of been more attentive. All of the food was very good except my potatoes au gratin which came out ice cold. We told the waiter who had the mgr come over to talk to us the mgr said he would bring me out fresh potatoes au gratin and offered us a free desert which we declined the desert but thanked him for it. Once the fresh potatoes came out they were very good. The only other complaint I have is they failed to ask me for my i.d. As it says to do so on the back of my credit card which as you can tell from my other reviews it is a pet peeve of mine. Overall not a bad experience and will consider going back again when we r looking for a somewhat upscale restaurant. Also I would of given 3 and a half stars if I could. Because of the mgrs offer

Always hopping always good always reasonable, and healthy too boot. Only very minor complaint is that they are usually heavy handed with the salt shaker on steamed vegetables. I was glad to hear that the Plantation location was forced out due to the mall restructuring not due to lack of business.

The one in Coral Springs is my favorite location. I like this restaurant because the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is cool, the service is good, and the food is tasty. If you want to go out for a nice dinner, but don't wanna spend too much money, but yet don't wanna eat food that taste like rubber, this is the place for you. You must try the bang-bang shrimp appetizer. My favorite entrees are Lily's chicken or Chilean sea bass. The one con is that the menu does not change often so if you go often the food can get boring.

My friend who we were staying at in Fort Lauderdale wanted to eat here for dinner and no matter how my gut feeling was telling me NOWAY JOSE, I shut my mouth up and came along w/a friendly smile. Anyway once we just walk in the place, it reminder me of everything I hate about a restaurant and how COMMERICALIZE everything is from the restaurant to the menu. I didn't even wanted to order any food but i stuck to the standard burger and watch my friend order their fish dishes. Of course I try everything just to know for myself. The mussel was way too sweet for me. The food took a long time to come and all of the waitress/waiter were wearing Chef Coat which was a big joke!! My burger was ok, i rather want outside and get WENDY's next door instead plus way more affordable and tasty. It was fun catching up w/my friend but hate eating here. Overall I can't stand this restaurant and will NEVER come back here again!! It just like eating at TGIF and Applebees!!

It's always good having dinner at Bonefish. They are having the Tuesday deal with include a salad, an entree, and a dessert, with a different choices of entrees. The food is always great although it was a little bit too long waiting for the food to come. The service is excellent also.

I eat at Bonefish quite often as it is directly next door to my office. The service at this location is wonderful and the food is always delish. Of course, the Bang Bang Shrimp is very good and even better on Wednesday when it's $6. They also have a great entree Ceasar salad. If you haven't checked this place you definitely should. You will not be disappointed.

Good considering it's a chain, but it's a nice chain at the very least. The food we've had there has always been solid. We usually order the bang-bang shrimp, it's a favorite. The different seafood and steak entrees have always been well received. I loved the rib-eye (not a seafood fan, unfortunately), and the drinks are quite good. It's usually busy, and a little slow at times, and probably a little spendy for what you're getting, but the atmosphere is nice if a little crowded, and we always enjoy out trips here.

While the food was good and clearly a 4, the service was a 6. Our server could not have been better. We sat at a booth in the bar area of the restaurant. We sat down around 5:30 and by 6 there was a wait for a table. Our server was always there when needed but was never standing over us. Was very friendly and helped guide our food selections. Even brought us a free sample of the soup of the day. Adult meals were better than the kids food but everyone said that they were eager to return.

Appetizers are good. Beyond that - not worth the calories. Kids menu is - ehhhhh and as far as the entrees ; it is more how they are cooked/served than what they are that gets them this rating. Every time I eat here I feel the same. Not sure if it is just this location or a Bonefish standard. But the cook is either too busy or not experienced enough .... Paid too much to not really enjoy the meal. Giving it three stars instead of two because the service was good.

Although i am not a fan of franchise restaurants, i am a fan of Bonefish Grill. The food is always good with new options on the menu. I usually get fish , hence the name and it is always fresh. The bar staff is great and welcoming and never makes you wait. Great atmosphere to entertain or grab dinner.

I have never been to Bonefish Grill for lunch or dinner, in my mind brunch is where it's at. On Saturdays and Sundays Bonefish Grill offers brunch until 2pm. The important part here is that there is an option for $20 to chose an entree and endless drinks. It's the bottomless bubbles brunch. This price really can't be beat. Anywhere else you go bottomless mimosas are at least $10, but usually more like $15, so it's kind of like you're getting an entree for $5. This was my first time visiting the Coral Springs location and we were greeted with open arms. The hostess saw us coming and opened up the door as we approached. We were seated immediately and started looking over the menu. Our waitress was extremely friendly as well. After I conversed with her for a little too long about our love of dogs (too long for my hungry boyfriend, not for me, I could talk about my dog forever) we ordered our unlimited bubbles. You are given the choice of mimosas, bellinis, and sangria, and you can mix and match as brunch progresses. I love their bellinis so I stuck with that. My boyfriend tends to go with the sangria, which is also delicious. Looking over the menu I was a little disappointed to see that the edamame hummus is no longer offered, but that turned out ok because we went with the calamari appetizer, which is served with an amazing sauce, so no loss there. I learned about a new sauce I love. For our entrees we both chose the bang bang shrimp eggs benedict. I chose steamed asparagus as my side, but made sure my boyfriend went with the potatoes au gratin. This way I got to look like the healthy one, when in reality, I ate just as muchcheesy potatoes as I did asparagus. The bang bang shrimp is always a hit, and the bang bang sauce mixed with the poached egg was a great combo. And by the way, although you may want to be healthy and get the asparagus, the au gratin is definitely worth the extra calories. I was very impressed with the service. With bottomless brunches drink service can be hit or miss, but my bellini was always full (or half empty with one on the way). The staff was not at all pushy with timing and I was even offered another drink after I had finished my entree. We arrived at the end of brunch at 1pm and seating was no problem, but I can't speak for earlier. They do take reservations on their website if waiting is a concern. As bottomless brunches go this is definitely one of the best values out there, and it doesn't skimp on quality.
Great customer service. Got Melissa as our waitress. She's great and very attentive to our requests. I ordered a mac and cheese for my toddler after our order was made because my kid was sleeping and her food came before ours because it was late nite and she needed to eat asap. Food was really good and I loved the bread they served. The only thing I need to say I disliked was the loud music. Maybe was loud because they were closing...

I like bonefish. It's a consistently good chain restaurant which changes a few things in their menu every few months for the changing seasons. Number one thing on their menu is their bang bang shrimp no doubt. No other restaurant makes them quite as creamy with the right amount of spices. They have bang bang Wednesdays which I think is the most awful name ever but lol the specials have extended the other items such as bang bang tacos etc which is great. For the summer they have added some fresh lemonade such as blackberry smash which has fresh blackberries muddled with lemons and sprite I think. Whatever the mixture, it was good. Also a summer side order of fresh corn on the Cobb is good. The seafood is fresh with many local fish choices. Good location right on university drive on Coral Springs. Good visit, they take reservations which helps with the wait time.

Granted it was busy, the service was horrible and their entire demeanor was insulting. Never have I had such a condescending and aggressive approach when I've went to a restaurant. I rarely complain about service...in fact I used to wait, but this was abysmal service. Stay away from this place, that's all I have to say

Came in for a fantastic brunch. It's a quieter atmosphere than the evenings which I appreciate when I'm hungover. Bang bang shrimp eggs benedict is a brilliant idea, not quite as spicy as the dinner version but has a little heat to get you moving in the morning. Surf n turf benny was an amazing combo of flavors, voted by my boyfriend as best eggs benedict ever. Endless bubbles is a brilliant idea and I recommend for anyone seeking a little hair of the dog; we argued if the peach or passion fruit bellini was better so try both!

Went on Tuesday and ordered off the Hooked on Tuesday menu. Delicious salad and meal. But the staff did not offer dessert or clear my dishes. I moved my used dishes far away (but kept my dessert fork nearby) in hopes my bartender would clear them. Not until I asked for the Tuesday menu to pick out my dessert that is included in this Prix Fixe meal did that happen. And my bartender snatched my dessert fork from when picking up dirty dishes. I struggled a little to get my fork back. Anyway I ordered the Flourless chocolate macademia nut brownie. It is a miniature size brownie portion, hence, little guilt. The other two (2) dessert choices on this Hooked on Tuesday menu are: Jen's Jamaican Coconut Pie and Ceesecake. Good meal but tonight's service was not on point.

Ah-maz-iing! The food was DELICIOUS! By far one of the best tasting meals I've had (for a chain-ish restaurant). We shared the calamari appetizer and ordered separate entrees: fish (tilapia) & chips (subbed the fries for broccoli) and chicken teriyaki. The bread and pesto that was brought to the table was really really good. Both of our entrees were excellent. The ambience is also nice, simple decor, low lights, large booths and tables. We didn't sit at the bar, but it was a nice size. Too bad we're only in town for a short while; I could totally be a regular here!

Be sure to order the bang bang shrimp! It is so good! The atmosphere is perfect for a date, everything is delicious and the staff is amazing!

Being from South Florida and having access to some of finest fish and seafood restaurants in the country it will be hard to rate this establishment ~ NOT ~ I have been to the opening of their chain many years ago when they first opened in South Miami (2004) in the old Howard Johnson building across from University of Miami (South Dixie Hwy) ~ At that time it was a new and exciting experience and the food was excellent. Now to the present ~ This evening (8:30pm) we tried out the location in Coral Springs for the first time and I can tell you that do have "excellent" bread! The of the restaurant ambiance is very warm, the service was excellent and we liked the "brown paper table cloths" that reminded us of the old Florida style dinning ~ but the noise level was like you were at a sports bar ~ loud, screaming children and an very over crowed bar area with numerous TV's for the sport minded clientele. The menu sounded like there are a few interesting choices and we heard great reviews of the "Bang Bang Shrimp", which we started off with. The shrimp were over cooked and rubbery with a bit to much tangy sauced on a very large bed of uneatable lecture. Presentation looked great but did not win our hearts. Next time, if there is one, we will get them with the sauce on the side and asked for eatable lettuce for the presentation was very misleading. As for our entrees we went with the items that had little grey "Star Fish" next to them, designating them as "The House Specials" and there descriptions sounded tasty. ~ Tilapia Imperial ~ "Royal delicacy pan-seared, baked and stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crab meat and lemon caper butter" ~ (the scallops that were the size of a dime (4 of them) and a couple of "micro" shrimp (6), with a minuscule amount of shredded crab meat in a rather tasty cream sauce that was overwhelmed by a handful of capers ~ add to that a side of Potatoes Au Gratin that was good and cheesy but the portion was a very small ice cream scope along with their signature "Zucchini" mush ~ all for $19.00. ~ Come on, it is only Tilapia. ~The "Crabulous" Soft Shell Crabs ~ entree that was described as... "for a very "limited time", fresh from the Chesapeake Bay, stuffed with jumbo lump crap and topped with lemon caper sauce." ~ NOT ~ You did see that they described it in the plural, "crabs" ~ Well, the poor defenseless baby soft shell crab, ~ singular ~ (that you know was frozen) was over cooked and a very dried out that was all of 5" long, and was colorfully stretched over a very dry, breaded mixture of ingredients and a small portion of maybe jumbo lump crab meat ~ with a spoonful of Zucchini and Potatoes Au Gratin as the sides. All for the bargain price of $20.00. Please check out my photo's if you think my descriptions are over exaggerated. It all looked good but the taste was disappointing. With no drinks or deserts and tipping at 20% for the waiter (Jason) who was excellent and should not be penalized for the franchises food, it was not a bargain at $60.00 ~ But then who am I to judge how others spend their hard earned dollars. ~ ... but they do have "excellent" bread! Overall rating ~ Not again. Oh No, definitely not again!

I came to Bonefish Grill for fish but ended up having a steak instead. After craving for a fish fix (Sea bass) I decided to have the filet minion instead and it was really good. My son is a big fan of the bang shrimp and ordered the bang shrimp tacos which he really seemed to enjoy. One thing though, although the salads here are good, I think there a little small for the price. Even though they come cheaper with an entree, at $5.00 you should get a pretty healthy sized salad and these are meager at best. Overall a good experience and a great steak.

Walking servers and a drink server while you're waiting makes this busy restaurant much easier to bear while you wait. Fresh fish and veggies make for a wonderful meal. The staff is very professional, and courteous. They know the food. They seem to enjoy working here. That makes me enjoy eating here.

Food 4.5 Ambience 4.5 Service 4.5 I love the crab cakes. New menu is a nice change. Crab soup is awesome too. I do think there could be more chicken dishes offered but I do love the seafood they have here the mussels are amazing. Just do the extra buck or so for the larger portion, it's worth it.

One of the best places to eat in Coral Springs. Love that new items are constantly being introduced. ( both fish and meat). Arrive early as wait times can be long, which translate to a good place to eat. The hostess is a Lady named Annie and the server manager is JP both are outstanding in taking care of clients. Always a dependable enjoyable meal. If you have an important evening and want it to go right, go to Bone Fish Grill in Coral Springs. P.S. Great happy hour half price till 6:30.
The food is always good but the service is so poor we are almost to the point of no return. There is no manager interaction unless you call for them, and then they do not care to resolve the issue. They are not teaching the servers about their products or services. Occasionally we get a sever that knows what they are doing, and if you go back a couple of years ago there use to be a manager that would check on you during your visit. It would be nice if the training were improved and if they hired some managers that actually care.

I was here on Sunday evening and go frequently. If you go for dinner, be prepared to wait. Months ago, they had a comfortable waiting area outside with couches and the server would come out and offer drinks and appetizers. The couches have now been replaced with hard benches....and not enough of them. Also, there was no server either. After a long wait...although we had a reservation at 7:30, we finally got in. It was a good thing because my feet were tired as there wasn't enough bench space outside. Once inside, everything is good - as always. The server was great and professional, compared to the server I had last time that kept interrupting and was way too chatty. I had a delicious crab cakes with a sirloin steak, but the sirloin was a bit too tough for my taste. I usually get the tuna dinner so getting something different was a stretch for me. They were really busy and we waited a bit longer than usual for the food but everyone at the table enjoyed their food. I'll be back because this go-round I didn't have the bang bang shrimp so I feel I kinda missed out.

Seafood restaurant that is overpriced and really below the mark. It's crowded and very noisy inside, making you think you are at a sports bar. Menu sounds like there are a few interesting choices, but they are only just ok. $18 tilapia? A single dried out soft shelled crab for $20? A spoonful of zucchini is my side? Not again. No, definitely not again.

It's always recommended to make a reservation ahead of time. As one of our favorite places to eat, Bonefish Grill is consistently good! The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the price reasonable. The Rainbow Crusted Trout is always exceptional. My husband always enjoys the Sashimi. The Zucchini garnish was very tasty. The crab cakes were too spicy for my mother in law. The mashed potatoes were served cold. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Ask for John Paul if you want exceptional service! He was the best waiter ever!

I have been here 2 times and both times everything was consistant. The servers were very friendly and attentive. They kept our drinks full and bread on the table. By the way, the bread and the olive oil dip are to die for!! I ordered the same thing both times I was there because it was that good. To start off with I got the bacon wrapped sea scallops. YUMMY!!! Then I ordered the kobe burger. This is one of the best burgers I ever had. It's perfect and so tasty. I will be coming back here alot and I will venture out to try other things. I'm sure everything else is good too. If you havent eaten here I highly recommend it.

I keep coming back to this location because of the bar staff (shout out!!!). The food has been very consistent until recently when not 1 but 2 dishes had to be sent back. One fish special was over-cooked and did not have the lemon sauced on it as stated. They didn't remake it, just sent the same fish back with the sauce which did not help the lack of favor due to being over-cooked. Second choice was a grilled chicken dish that is a staple on the menu and yet AGAIN it was overcooked. The salad is the best with or without the feta and the Mussels are rockstar!

I have been to a variety of Bonefish Grills and while I am not a huge fan of chains, I truly felt this one deserved a positive mention. First off, the espresso martinis were delicious (as they are at all Bonefish Grills - if you haven't had one yet, you must try it!). The food was exactly what you would expect from a Bonefish Grill. But, truthfully, what made this experience stand out was the service. Our waiter (whose name is totally escaping me right now which is driving me crazy) was absolutely fantastic. Life was not working that day the way it was supposed to and he must have sprinkled some kind of magic fairy dust because he helped to relieve the stress of the day as well gave something back to allow my brain to start working again.

Average. Average. Average. I am not a lover of corporate eats and this place highlights why. Service was very good. Ambiance was . . . boring. Appetizers were creative but looked and tasted mass produced. Fish - salmon & trout - was well prepared and tasty. Vegis were bad - overcooked, bland; I've had better out of a can. For the $'s and eats, this guy knows of many better, more exciting places. Who wants average? Not I.

I'd probably give this place a 3.5 but rounded up. VERY tight dining room with little wiggle room. Service was good and it's nice that they use tablets to put in orders, take payment, etc. directly at your table. The bread w/ pesto dipping sauce was good and small starter salad was fresh. Nice additions to the menu, my wife enjoyed the grilled vegetables w/ couscous (she is a vegetarian). I had the shrimp and scallops with broccoli and AuGratin potatoes. Everything was pretty good but I wasn't blown away by anything. We found it to be a reasonable value and although this is not saying much, one of the better restaurants in Coral Springs.

I hadn't been to bonefish in a few years so I decided to go back this Saturday after hearing they added some new zesty items to their menu. I was really hoping to try their new lobster roll that I had seen advertise, to onky discover that the lobster roll is a special only served on Tuesdays; so that was disappointing. I ended up ordering the mussles for my entree because I was not expecting to eat a fillet of fish. I was not a fan the mussels at all: too many tomtoes and garlic no parmesan cheese to help balance out the flavors. The service was kind of slow even when it was dying out towards the end of the night. I can't say its fair to rate it 3 stars so I'll go as high as 3.5 because of the best bang bang shrimp anyone will ever have the fresh sourdough bread they serve alongside with olive oil infused with herbs before our meals.

I was here for lobster Tuesday and will definitely come back. Delicious bread and Caesar salad. Very beautiful waitresses. Lobster tails for 9.99. This is my new favorite restaurant in Coral Springs. Brittany was my waitress.

Went on a Sunday night and there was no wait . We decided to sit at the bar. Service was prompt although there appeared to be some friction with dualing bartenders. Pomegranate martini is yummy with frozen grape garnish. Fresh warm bread was served with a salty olive oil dipping sauce. Bf had tempura fish and chips and I had lobster grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich was very good, crispy outside with gooey cheese and cold water lobster inside. It came with a rich, delicious lobster bisque. I noticed bf ate his entire meal, no complaints and no leftovers- So it must have been good! I have seen thisbplace very crowded so try and go on an off time.

This place rarely disappoints. Went out for a short date night with my wife in the week. We shared a salad and appetizers while sitting at the bar. The atmosphere is always good, wine selection is good as well. The only odd thing about this place is the kitchen is very visible and wide open in the bar area and if you sit next to this area as we did, you can hear all that goes on. This night they had a plumbing issue and we had view of the guys working on the issue complete with plumbers crack and all.

When it first opened, my family loved this place, but like many chain restaurants the quality of food has declined. The specials have lost the bright, flavorful taste they used to have and the same dishes that were once spectacular are now heavy tasting and loaded down with oil. My parents still like to go and I stick to ordering the bang bang shrimp or mussels with a salad. The entrees are too hit and miss. The hostess staff are very young and have not honored our reservation requests. I will say that the bread and herbed oil are still excellent.

I have been to this location of the popular chain several times and each time there has been a problem with the food and/or service. The management is very uncustomer friendly. I won't go back.

The food was adequate and the decor was nice, except that it seems to have turned into a family restaurant, but, hey, people with kids have to eat somewhere, and this place is solid. The seafood is fresh and simply prepared. The side dishes are generally subpar. The bang-bang shrimp is superb.

(4)Sam M.
(4)Madison C.
I love this place. Bang bang shrimp, ceviche, and their salmon was amazing. Their creme brulee was excellent. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is thier thai tea. it is way too fragrant for my liking. Stick to the normal beverages.
(4)Troy O.

(2)Nelson M.
(5)Sally W.
(3)Felicia B.
(2)Angela E.
(5)Greg P.
Everything about this place is great. The service is excellent, friendly, prompt and they don't make mistakes on orders. Food is awesome and the beer selection is ok. Perfect spot to go for lunch if you call it in ahead or a nice date.
(5)Kim C.
Nice atmosphere, good happy hour, consistently good food and service. Semi regular at BangWednesday-our group of ladies always enjoy sipping and chatting for a couple of hours.
(4)Ellen Y.
(5)Jolyn C.

(5)Cindy N.
The food is good, but a little pricey. The Red Mango Sangria is amazing. Kareli is one of the best servers there. You won't go wrong with the fish and chips. The bread is amazing. The atmosphere is really great. Not rude or a bad atmosphere like the Boynton Beach location.
(4)Daniel B.
(4)Daisy P.
They don't take reservation or phone ins ... You're just gonna have to wait 45 minutes for their bang bang shrimp on a Wednesday.
(4)Steve B.
I have been eating at Bonefish Restaurants all over Florida for over 10 years now. Always a good meal and good service. You can't really go wrong if you want some good seafood. Good apps and drinks. Not over priced, but fish isn't cheap.
(4)Jacq A.

I normally come here for the bang bang shrimp which is $5 on wednesdays the shrimp is pretty good. Not a bad deal for 5 bucks.

(4)Steve S.

Bonefish Grill: The Highbrow restaurant of the Outback Steakhouse Incorporated Chain. There is some uniqueness about bonefish grill compared to other seafood restaurants. I know for the next comment I will get a lot of ridicule from other Yelpers. I HATED the bang-bang shrimp. It tasted like a ricey, spicy glop of fried shrimp. What a mess to one of my favorite seafoods. Luckily, my server and the manager were both very nice in taking it off the bill. For my entrée, I had the lobster, shrimp, and scallop promotion. It was delicious!. One of my favorite parts about BF, is that the butter is served in a little pan over a candle.

Wow had an awesome time 12/18 celebrating Mags b'day with everyone. Started at 5:00 Pm drinks and then our Fantastic waiter DAVE sat us and began bringing appetizers mmmm great, shrimp, mussels, then trout n talipia. Dinner Awesome left pleasantly stuffed 8:30 . Must do this again
(5)Michael K.
Always hopping always good always reasonable, and healthy too boot. Only very minor complaint is that they are usually heavy handed with the salt shaker on steamed vegetables. I was glad to hear that the Plantation location was forced out due to the mall restructuring not due to lack of business.
(4)Corina B.
(4)John N.
(1)Lisa B.
Awesome food delicious !! Great service ! Bang bang shrimp is off the chain best appetizer ever! Great atmosphere and prompt service!! Love this restaurant
(4)Pak L.
It's always good having dinner at Bonefish. They are having the Tuesday deal with include a salad, an entree, and a dessert, with a different choices of entrees. The food is always great although it was a little bit too long waiting for the food to come. The service is excellent also.
(5)Mia H.
(4)Mark K.
(4)Jeff S.
(5)Angel A.
(3)Mitch B.
(4)Jessica G.
(4)Diana E.
First time here and it was for brunch. The deal for a drinker like me is spectacular. $19.90 for unlimited bubbles or sangria and an entree. The food is ok, selection was minimal. Our waitress Jaime was super! I had the Creme Brûlée French Toast. It was good, comes with bacon. My husband had the Surf + Turf Eggs Benedict and it was eh. I would only come back for the unlimited drinks that come with the brunch with the girls to start off the day.
(3)Simone P.
(5)Rabia J.
(4)Gal M.
Granted it was busy, the service was horrible and their entire demeanor was insulting. Never have I had such a condescending and aggressive approach when I've went to a restaurant. I rarely complain about service...in fact I used to wait, but this was abysmal service. Stay away from this place, that's all I have to say
(1)Katherine T.
(5)Maria A.
(3)L T.
(5)Inglish T.

(4)Jay K.
Walking servers and a drink server while you're waiting makes this busy restaurant much easier to bear while you wait. Fresh fish and veggies make for a wonderful meal. The staff is very professional, and courteous. They know the food. They seem to enjoy working here. That makes me enjoy eating here.
(4)Azmat H.
Love the food now days we come at Sunday Brunch the restaurant has a funky Oder all the time I hope they fix it,and now they new flooring -
(4)Charles J.
(4)Jess G.
This place and staff are amazing my husband, son and I always go here and they all are very kind and friendly. The food and drinks never disappoint me.
(5)Richard M.
(5)Stephanie S.
More like 2.5 stars, but I round up. The bang bang shrimp is delicious (and only 6 bucks on Wednesdays), but you can find good imitations in a ton of different restaurants now. Every main dish we had was blah. I had a lobster topped Mahi Mahi which was okay, not great. My husband had orange roughy topped with crab, it was meh. The best part of the entrées were the mashed potatoes that came with my husband's fish. For a seafood restaurant, that's pretty sad. The service was pretty good and friendly. Honestly there are loads of better seafood restaurants in South Florida, so the next time I want seafood, I won't be returning.
(3)Greg S.

Recently experienced their new brunch w/ bottomless mimosas. Great!!!!

Went in last Sunday for brunch, $20 gets you a brunch entree and bottomless mimosas, bellinis or sangria. Great seafood choices, great service.

I like the trout myself.
